Itinerary Overview
Day 1 – 19th May 2025: Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Masai Mara
You will be picked at your hotel within Nairobi by a private driver-guide and depart in a luxury 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser for a scenic 5–6-hour drive to the world-renowned Masai Mara. Stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint en route for photos and refreshments.
Check in at PrideInn Mara Camp in time for lunch and a brief rest. In the afternoon, embark on your first thrilling game drive across the savannah, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, and more. End the day with a serene bush sundowner before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 – 20th May 2025: Full-Day Game Drive & Maasai Village Visit
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day safari with a bush picnic lunch, covering vast areas of the Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. The open plains offer dramatic wildlife sightings, including cheetahs, buffaloes, and herds of antelope.
In the late afternoon, visit an authentic Maasai village, where you’ll be welcomed with traditional songs and dances. Learn about their way of life, customs, and culture. Return to the camp for dinner and a relaxing evening under the stars.
Day 3 – 21st May 2025: Morning Game Drive & Leisure at Camp
Begin the day with a sunrise game drive, the best time to catch predators on the move and animals at waterholes. Return to the lodge for breakfast and enjoy a relaxed mid-morning at the camp, take in views, read, or dip in the pool.
Lunch and dinner are served at the camp, with optional short evening nature walks or birdwatching activities available (time and weather permitting).
Day 4 – 22nd May 2025: Breakfast – Return to Nairobi
After a leisurely breakfast, check out and depart for Nairobi, retracing your scenic journey through the Rift Valley. You’ll arrive in the late afternoon and be dropped off at JKIA or your preferred location in Nairobi. This marks the end of your unforgettable Masai Mara safari.
